Since 1965, Redlands Beauty Centre has served the community by providing the best in beauty products and salon services. In 1973, Lillian Pock, purchased Redlands Beauty Supply. The company has been family owned and operated for three generations and credits their success to the many friendships with clients and fellow downtown business owners. The owners and staff of Redlands Beauty Centre are committed to providing exceptional customer service, the very best in retail products and unparalleled technical expertise. The business has expanded from a small supply to a full service salon, beauty center, and a day spa.

As the demand for spa services increased, it became necessary to undertake a complete remodel of both businesses in 2007 to include a new façade and access to Bellissima Aveda from East State street. The salon and retail areas of Redlands Beauty Centre were updated, and Bellissima Aveda added a new retail area, three additional treatment rooms and new equipment throughout. During the remodel, the owners chose earth-friendly flooring, lighting, and fixtures to promote their commitment to environmental responsibility.
Lillian Pock | Owner
After moving to Redlands in 1971, Lillian became acquainted with the owners of Redlands Beauty Supply. In 1973 she purchased the store. Today, Redlands Beauty Centre and Bellissima Aveda are a full-service day spa, salon and beauty supply. Lillian is famous for her incredible commitment to customer service. Her hard work and dedication has gone a long way. In January 2008, Lillian was chosen for the Business Member Spotlight at Arrowhead Credit Union.
She has passed her love for her business to her children, Stacey and David, and her granddaughter Brynn, who are very active in the business.
Stacey Pock | Spa Manager
Stacey has worked for Redlands Beauty Centre since 1976 in various capacities. She completed massage training at Tsuko Therapy School of Japanese Physical Arts in 1998. She is now directing the spa, and heading the massage team. She is proficient in Acupressure, Japanese Shiatsu and Eastern Massage Therapy. Stacey was named in the “Best of the Inland Empire” as one of the best massage therapists in January 2008. During the business’s remodel in 2007 Stacey spearheaded the new interior design concept for the stores.
Brynn Foust | Store Manager
Brynn first came to work with her mom when she was only two weeks old. She started working after school at Redlands Beauty Centre in 1997. Brynn is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. Presently, she is managing the beauty supply and the salon, but she has experience working in the warehouse, spa, and office. She has worked very closely with Lillian over the past 5 years, learning all aspects of the businesses.
David Pock | Office Manager
David opened his first business, David’s Kites and More, in Redlands when he was 11 years old. He still holds the record for the youngest business owner in Redlands history. David went on to graduated summa cum laude from Randolph Macon Academy in Front Royal, Virginia. After the 9/11 attack, David joined the Air Force National Guard, where he was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal from 2003-2007, and the Air Force Achievement Medal in 2007. David graduated from Arizona State University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management. In September 2007, he moved back to Redlands to manage the corporate office and daily operations.
